My Mother was obsessed with jewelry. A hoarder of anything from cheap Mardi Gras beads to some very fine pieces. She was a Representative for both Sarah Coventry and Judy Lee in the late 1950’s to the mid 1960’s. I inherited about 10+ jewelry boxes full of her and my Grandmother’s collections. Over the next few months I will be going through everything to identify and list most of the pieces. I also sew / craft as a hobby to relieve anxiety. I'm not a professional and mostly self taught, but I take pride in the quality of my items and would not offer anything for sale that I would not be proud to use myself or display in my home. While some fabrics I use are new, I do love repurposing fabric from clothes, drapes, tablecloths, or any other interesting fabric, into something new and beautiful.

Vintage Purple Clip-On Earrings with Silver Tone Accents - Signed Star
These vintage clip-on earrings feature a striking purple Lucite / plastic? centerpiece framed by elegant silver tone accents. They are signed Star on the back. They are approximately 1" long and 3/4" wide. They are in excellent pre-owned condition with secure clips. I found nothing like these with the Star brand using Google Image and Search. There is very little known about the Company that made this brand. Some attribute it to the Star Jewelry Company of Texas while others attribute it to a division of the Star Novelty Co. Both companies did business between 1940 and into the 1960's. Weight: .9 oz Item No. ST01
