Vintage Scalloped and Pierced Edge Plate with Hand Painted Dogwood Flowers and Gold Trim

Lovely vintage scalloped and pierced edge plate with gold trim around rim and handpainted dogwood flowers. There are no chips or cracks but a couple of manufacturer's defects in the surface of the plate. They are like small dents but have been painted over and glazed at the manufacturer. The plate is .75" tall and 8" diameter. It has 2 holes in the edging on the back and plastic string for hanging. Due to age, I would replace string before hanging.
