Vintage Signed Igael Tumarkin Gold Plated & Turquoise, 'Prisoner Of Conscience' Brutalist Brooch Pendant

Made by famous sculptor Igael Tumarkin, in Israel, circa 1960s. Best condition of any I've seen!! Amazing piece of jewelry art!! Most are missing the turquoise stones but this one has the 2 small stones still intact! Measures approx. 2.5" x 1.5". From online info: "Igael Tumarkin Israeli, 1933–2021 Renowned Israeli artist Igael Tumarkin is internationally recognized for his public sculptures, paintings, and prints. Igael Tumarkin was born in 1933 as Peter Martin Gregor Heinrich Hellberg, in Dresden, Germany. His mother, Bertha Gurevitz, was Jewish, while his father, Martin Hellberg, was a German-Christian director and actor. In 1935, Tumarkin immigrated to Israel with his mother, who remarried Herzl Tumarkin."
