Vintage Small Hand Carved Green Stone Tiger/Cat? 1.75”

Beautiful green stone carved figurine. Not sure if it’s a cat, jaguar or tiger? Has chipping on both ears and looks like a chip or bruise on the nose. Has some striped lines running in the stone similar to onyx but not sure of stone type. Measures 1.75” tall. Please examine the photos carefully for condition thank you.
