3 sets suede leather patches, 7 inches tall by 4.75 finches wide, different colors, black, gray, dark brown. 1 set cotton corduroy iron on patches, dark green, 6 inches tall by 4.25 wide. All new old stock. One set has had label taken off, but never used.
