Meet Your Seller
Hi, I’m Kaiti and I absolutely love to hunt for treasures; be it at thrift stores, estate sales, garage sales, or wherever I can find good vintage! I started reselling as a hobby when my kids were both in school, about 8 years ago. I’m drawn to all sorts of things, from antique items all the way up to modern collectibles; things that are super unique, or pieces that provide a wave of nostalgia. I hope I can help you find a treasure you’ll love!

Vintage Tony Evans Raku Pottery Dish with Iridescent Glaze Signed and Numbered
Beautiful Raku Pottery dish, made by master potter Tony Evans. Gorgeous pink glaze with metallic sparkles that creates a beautiful luster when it catches the light. Signed Evans 282. In very good vintage condition with No chips or cracks. Measures approx. 7 3/4” in diameter and 1 1/2” H Evans Ceramics, Inc. was started by Tony Evans to make functional and decorative high-fired stoneware and low-fired Raku. Mr. Evans began making pottery in 1960, and started his business in 1974. Tony stated on his questionnaire that Evans Ceramics, Inc. is the largest commercial producer of Raku in the world. The company sold to the furniture and the gift industry all over the U.S. A brochure had pictures of absolutely beautiful pieces made specifically for interior design in a great variety of glazes, a Raku luster, Raku copper, Raku White Crackle, Red Calligraphy, Plum Blossom glaze and a very dark Raku finish called Pit Fire. Each was a one of a kind piece and each is signed and numbered.
