VTG Kelvin Chen Enameled Metal Handmade And Painted Mailbox Miniature Roll Stamp Dispenser
There is a slot in the side to dispense stamps. Detailed hand painted piece. There are 2 small enamel chips (see last photos) the hinged door does close but latch is not real tight. Please see all photos for details and measurements. Thanks for checking out my listings.
