WR Polish Pottery Unikat Candlestick Holder with Orange Blue Flowers/ Poppies Design. Design identification number is WR PPO, which I believe is Happy Dance, but not able to confirm with 100% certainty. I can't make out the artists name from the signature. No chips or cracks. Signs of light wear and use. Not perfectly straight, leans a little. Please see pictures.
