Hi, I'm Cynthia. I am a shop owner on multiple platforms with 20+ years of experience. I do everything within my power, including packing with great care and shipping fully insured, to get your "thing of beauty" to you safely. I have recently moved to the mountains of eastern Tennessee where I find my treasures and offer them to you, the beholder. I hope you will find your "thing of beauty" here. I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. 13" x 15" Floral Crewel Embroidery Picture Custom Framed Gold Frame Triple Mat Pinks Greens Burgundy Gallery Wall Artist Made OOAK - USA
Beautifully done crewel embroidery picture in pink & burgundy tones custom framed and matted, this is a very nice quality piece of art. Apparently the artist thought so as well because the sticker on the back was for entry to a needlework show of some type. Original one of a kind work likely done in the 1980s or 90s. Please look at the close ups of the stitching. This has been triple matted so that the glass does not squash the stitching & to show off its 3-D quality. The outer mat is nubbed silk in a tan/pale salmon tone. The colors are very accurate by my monitor settings. This piece is versatile and would look at home in anything from traditional to farmhouse decor. I don't usually pick up such large pieces anymore but this one was special so I made an exception. Size: 15.25" x 13.25" Condition: Excellent vintage condition. There are a couple dark spots on the frame that may be original to it but I just wanted to note them, nothing that detracts imo.
