Beautiful piece of vintage embroidery of gentle colours recalls a bygone era. Flowers and birds above a sleeping child in their red polka dot pjs along with their teddy and a pair or kittens or puppies. The traditional bedtime prayer "Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray thee Lord my soul to keep" is cross stitched on a beige background fabric. Perfect for a nursery or child's room Frame 17 x 20 inches Brown wood frame with blue matting. Wire on back for hanging. Embroidery under Glass.
