Danish Teak Wood Pepper Mill Shaker Dansk Quistgaard Denmark Vtg MCM Peugeot 897
Iconic 1960s teak combination salt and pepper mill designed by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk. Known as the “Four Donuts” design, this sculptural piece features four stacked round forms on a cylindrical shaft—an enduring example of Scandinavian modern design. Signed on the bottom Dansk Designs Denmark IHQ Peugeot. Made in Denmark. Salt loads from the removable top (8 dispensing holes), while pepper is filled through the twist-off base. In excellent vintage working condition with minor discoloration consistent with age (see photos). Measures approx. 6.5" H x 2.5" W.
