Set of 6 - Vintage Avon 1876 Cape Cod Ruby Red Glass Pedestal Mugs, 5”, Embossed

This set of 6 vintage Avon 1876 Cape Cod Ruby Red Pedestal Mugs were made in 1982. Each mug stands at 5 inches tall and 4.8 inches long and features an embossed 19th-century Roman Rose design. Avon commissioned the Wheaton Glass Company to manufacture this collection for them, running from 1975-1992. Each mug would work well for tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The embossed design, particularly rimming the handle, creates a good grip. The tightly-scalloped edges along the pedestal base are a nice design element. Each mug weighs @12 ounces.

Each mug is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear.
