Vintage Montgomery Ward & Co. No. 5 Miniature Paper Cutter / Photo Trimmer - 6 Inch
From the photos - small, hard-to-find 6" model with original wood board, grid top, wooden ruler marked MONTGOMERY WARD & CO. No. 5, and blue cast iron guillotine arm with spring and bolt.
Perfect for a vintage office display, photo desk, craft room, or for actual photo / paper trimming. Fully functional guillotine action.
Measurements from photos:
• Cutting board: approx 6" wide x 8" long (cutting grid is 6" x 6")
• Board thickness: approx 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" thick, with wood feet underneath
• Handle: over 11" long cast iron, painted blue
• Overall working length with handle: ∼14"
Condition: Vintage used condition. Wood shows age - finish crazing, light water staining, surface wear and minor edge separation on side as shown in your photos. Metal arm has original blue paint with patina, scuffs, and light surface rust. Blade is still sharp - please use caution. Selling as found, as photographed. Please see all photos for exact condition.
