Vintage Pin-It Skirt Marker - Vintage Hem Marking Tool for Sewing / Tailoring

This is the original ORCO Pin-It Skirt Marker, made in the USA. You stand it on the floor, set the desired hem height on the wooden ruler (your pin guide locks with the thumb screw), and turn around slowly while your helper slides pins through the guide into the skirt. Gives you a perfectly level hem every time.
