VTG Williraye Studio Snowlady Figurine WW2364 Folk Art

Matte-finish figurine featuring wire arms, a scarf with stars, and a hat topped with a star made in 2000. Measures approximately 10" tall, about 3" by 4". There is evidence of repair of the hat (see images) with glue and there is a little yellow missing under the hat. Weighs almost 2 lbs before packaging.
